Three Bean Salad



Create this salad in five minutes!

You can eat this salad at room temperature or chilled. 
Either way you serve it, it is a really nice salad.


Salad:


1 - 14 ounce can of Garbanzo Beans, drained



1 - 14 ounce can of Green Beans, drained



1 - 14 ounce can of Kidney Beans, drained 



1/2 small Red Onion, diced



Dressing:


1/3 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil



1/4 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
 1 Tablespoon Parsley Leaves, fresh or dried


In a small bowl mix the above ingredients and pour over the salad and toss lightly.

A fairly cheap salad, easy to make and tasty!

The Recipe:
